Can you take over our existing Microsoft 365?+
Yes. We review it, fix what's wrong and support it going forward.
Is my data backed up by Microsoft?+
Not fully. Microsoft keeps the service running, but you're responsible for backing up your data. We can add backup.
How long does a migration take?+
Most small business migrations take 1 to 2 weeks, done after hours.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace — which should we use?+
Most Perth businesses on Windows and Outlook suit Microsoft 365. Teams who live in Gmail and Chrome often suit Google Workspace. We'll recommend one based on how you work.
Do we still need an office server?+
Usually not. Most small businesses can move files to SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Drive, and apps to Azure.
